Separated Shoulder

This past Wednesday I scored a goal in my hockey league, extending my scoring streak to six games. This one guy, the same one who was really choppy on me the first time we played them kept being a dick. He took an early penalty attempting to defend against me.
At the start of the third period I came out of my zone to try to block a dump-in. Turns out it was the same guy. I swear he stepped into me as I tried to get around him because I'm good enough not to collide with a stationary target. In any case, we collide and I'm sent to the ice. When I hit I take the impact in my left shoulder. I can't get up.
After having someone else tie my shoes for me after the game (around midnight) I drove home (stick shift with turbo, one armed) and attempted a painful night's sleep. The next day I went into urgent care and had xrays done. My shoulder wasn't broken or fractured but I HAD separated it, first-degree.
So I'm off the ice for at least three weeks, maybe four. It's been a pretty miserable five days since. As of today I'm probably at about 70% motion with it but about 10% strength.
On the one hand, it kind of sucks. On the other hand, the times when I wasn't getting injured were times when I wasn't doing anything at all. So this is what is. I can't say I'm thrilled about it but I'm taking it in stride.
